  3. Hadhrat Mufti Ebrahim Desai Sahib’s fatwa was based on the fatwa of Darul Uloom Deoband. The issue was about the improper statements made by Maulana Saad. Furthermore, our fatwa does not deal with the issue of “Shura & Nizamuddin”. That is an administrative issue that needs to be resolved internally.

    1. That is true, the Ulema do not care about Shura or Saad. They are saying we should NOT follow Saad regardless. Even if Shura and Saad unite, we should still not follow Saad!

    2. This site has nothing to do with Tabligh or the noble effort which began in Nizamuddin by the Maulana Ilyas Kandhelvi which is still continuing today. This site is an anti-Maulana Saad website. Maybe correct the domain, and not deceive the general masses. If the intention is to bash Molvi Saad sahib. Then name it that. Not tablighi-jamaat.com

      1. Assalamualaykum Brother. This site started as a direct response to the fitna and misinformation spread as a consequence of M Saad’s action. We have nothing to hide by admitting this reality.

        We thus wish to present the true history of Tablighi Jamaat. You can check out the full history of Tabligh here.
        All the Fatwas are written by instituitions. Not us. We have just compiled them here.

        Our aim is so that brothers realize the truth and unite back together. A lot of M Saad followers like yourself (inshaAllah) are good and sincere people. They are just following their local affiliations and don’t understand what’s going on. This is where we come in and we pray that Allah SWT uses us for this.

        Would you allow someone who has a history of reckless driving to drive your car? Then, why allow someone who has been criticized by the Ulemas to drive this global effort of Da’wa? (See fatwas https://bit.ly/ft40) Let alone become the face of Tabligh? He is not even the legitimate Amir since he violated the 1995 agreement (see https://bit.ly/mv95a)! All elders have tried to discuss peacefully but all hopes were lost when M Saad hired thugs and violently assaulted anyone who was not in line with him (https://bit.ly/nzv16). Almost all senior elders including Haji Sahab are not with him (See elder’s testimony https://bit.ly/eldtj).

  4. How can anyone follow the man who brakes the agreement & calls him self , I AM THE AMEER , when the Sunnah of the Sahaba was that I don’t want to be the Ameer! Where is the Sunnah of the Sahabas? How does one tell others to bring DEEN in their life when one is breaking the laws of sharia himself ????

      2. Assalamualikum Brother,
        I have been involved in the effort of Tableegh for long time by the Fazal of Allah (SWT) . From 2016 until now I did not understand the Issue which caused the Split . I can confirm the that i have heard a few statements mentioned in this website myself repeated over and over again.

        For Instance the following Aayat have been Combined out of context by the individual which I have heard myself:

        Also one more question which came to my mind was Munthaqab Hadith is translation of the Hadith word by word and is not meant for general masses who do not have a Ilmi background , One needs to refer to the Explanation by other respected Ulema which generally is not done

        After reading all the articles and contemplating over for the past few months , I have stopped listening to the Speeches and attending Ijthima’s of the said Individual.

        Please note that this requires a lot of effort for brothers to understand what the issue is, a lot of Sabr,Widom and Dua is the need of the hour. Some brothers are still attending Ithima’s just because there are other influential Ulema/Hafiz who have not done research and do not understand the issue are also attending these gatherings.

        On the other and some brother’s have gone to the extreme’s as labeling a person “___yani” just because out of ignorance a brother continue’s to go to the Ijthima’s of the Individual, please note this is not what has been taught by our esteemed elders. We have deal this very sensitive issue with a lot Hikham and Dua’s

        We are all answerable in the courts of Allah(SWT) on the Day of Qiyamah, May Allah guide us to the Straight path and save us from all the Fitna’s

    1. Imam Bukhari was NEVER issued any Fatwas. The criticism against him was mostly led by Al-Dhuhli, who was jealous of his fame. Al-Dhuhli took a major blow when Imam Muslim refused to record any hadith transmitted by him.

      Maulana Saad’s case is different and comparing his case with Imam Bukhari is what we call a ‘False Equivalency’. Unlike Al-Dhuhli, there is no proof that Deoband and ALL these worldwide institutions were jealous or had evil intentions for Maulana Saad. It is also improper to equate Maulana Saad at the same status as Imam Bukhari. Unlike Imam Bukhari, Maulana Saad has so many other controversies surrounding him. This comparison is NOT EQUAL AT ALL.
