We acknowledge that Majlisul Ulama is known to be ‘Harsh’ in their writings. Most of the publications of Majlisul Ulama are done by a single individual, namely Maulana Ahmad Sadeq Desai, and not a group of Ulema as how they sound to be.
Mufti Ebrahim Desai has shown support for Majlisul Ulama. We cannot simply throw away an article because of how it is written.
The word ‘Kufr’ does not imply that Maulana Saad is Kufr but that his ‘Ideologies’ are kufr. InshaAllah, Maulana Saad is a Muslim. However, his Ideologies have deviated and he is the cause of the Tablighi Jamaat Crisis. To support such a person only brings disunity to the Ummah.
