Endorsement of Darul Uloom Deoband’s Stance Regarding Maulana Saad Sahib Kandhlawi From Jamia Islami Darul Uloom Hyderabad
In view of the questions coming from within and outside the country regarding some rare views and questionable statements of Saad Sahib, and considering the situation, the respected Ulama and honorable Muftis, along with [unclear phrase], have clearly stated the basis on which this stance is taken.
Maulana Saad Sahib is moving away from his roots in his statements and interpretations of the Quran and Sunnah, deviating from the majority of Ahl as-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah, which is undoubtedly the path of misguidance.
The officials, honorable Muftis, and teachers of Jamia Islami Darul Uloom Hyderabad consider it necessary to endorse this correct and proper stance. We hope that the elders of this Tabligh Jamaat will keep it on the path of the majority of the Ummah and the way of the respected elders.
We pray to Allah Almighty to keep the Muslim Ummah on the straight path and protect Muslims from deviation and division. Amen.
