Unanimous support and approval of Darul Uloom Deoband’s fatwa regarding Maulana Muhammad Saad Sahib’s incorrect views and ideas
We praise Him and send blessings upon His noble Messenger. After that:
Due to the emergence of statements by Maulana Muhammad Saad Sahib Kandhlawi that contradict the position of the majority of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah, the elders of Darul Uloom Deoband officially informed him in writing and gave him a three-day grace period to retract his statements. However, due to his failure to officially retract, Darul Uloom Deoband has unanimously issued a decision declaring his statements as leading towards misguidance in order to protect the Muslim Ummah from going astray. The members of the consultative body of Mazahir Uloom Saharanpur have also endorsed this fatwa in writing.
We also support this decision and request all our religious brothers to exercise caution in listening to and quoting Maulana Muhammad Saad Sahib’s statements until he retracts his controversial views. We urge them to continue the work of Tabligh in the manner of the three great elders: Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Sahib Kandhlawi, Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Sahib Kandhlawi, and Hazrat Maulana Inamul Hasan Sahib.

Our Father in Law had 14 childern, out of them 10 members FEMALES & 4 members are MALE. Out of this (one of my brother in law named Janab Late R JALALUDEEN has passed away. ( One of the Legal Hairs of my Father in Law Janab Late PA Rahuman Sheriff) her wife of Mrs. Jalludden also passed way before her death, Our Mother in Law Janaba Late HALEEMA BI also passed away very long back after the death of my Father In Law. Now I request you how to SHARE in valurable very pose area property belongs to Janab Late PA Rahuman Sheriff Mufthi Shab.
