[Translation of Audio] Assalamualaykum WRTWBKTH, Mr. Qadrullah Siddiqui. I will clarify this matter properly. You might have been out to earn money, but alhamdulillah, we were in the shoes of our elders.
The actual matter is that at that time, the leadership was first suggested for Maulana Izhaarul Hasan Sahib to be the Ameer. He had said that he have not traveled to many countries, so he could not accept to be the Ameer as he was not able to make decisions for brothers from different countries.
Then it was suggested of Maulana Zubair. He had said that if he becomes the Ameer, some people would be cut off from the Work because they did not prefer him.
When it suggested of Maulana Saad Sahib, he said two things at that time. First, he said that if he became the Ameer, the relatives of Maulana Zubair Sahib would be cut off from the Work. Second, he said that the companions of his forefathers were present, and it was beyond him to lead them.
At that time, it was unanimously decided that there would be no leader, and the system would continue under the Shura as it was running. After that, Miyan Ji Mehrab Mewati came and announced that no leader had been appointed, there was no leader, and the Shura would continue to function as it had been before. The Shura would handle all the work.
For managing affairs at the Nizamuddin Center, three decision-makers were appointed: Maulana Izhaarul Hassan Sahib, Maulana Zubair Sahib, and Maulana Sahib Sahib, who would take turns as decision-makers.
You should also know, which you don’t and I want to bring to your attention, that after this, these ten people of the Shura, which was formed by Hazrat Ji, who had agreed among themselves, when they later traveled to different countries – Alhamdulillah, Hazrat Walid Sahib (Walid is referring to his father Mufti Zainul Abideen) (may Allah have mercy on him) was a decision-maker in many places, Hazrat Haji Abdul Wahab Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him) was a decision-maker in many places, and similarly, Mehrab was a decision-maker on various occasions, different individuals have been decision-makers on different occasions.
Then Hazrat Mehrab Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him) would often say a sentence at some occasions that we regret that we couldn’t appoint our leader. And Hazrat Walid Sahib (Mufti Zainul Abideen) (may Allah have mercy on him) would often say in many places that we regret that we couldn’t appoint an Ameer.
Hazrat Walid, listen to this carefully and pay attention, and let everyone hear – you can send my recording wherever you want. Alhamdulillah, I am speaking with full responsibly here. At that time, three decision-makers were appointed merely to manage the system of Nizamuddin, that’s all. And from 1995 to 2015, for twenty years, the word ‘Ameer’ (leader) was not given to the Ummah, and there was no Ameer.
In 2015, some hypocrites came, who are descendants of those who caused many companions to be martyred by playing between Hazrat Aisha (RA) and Hazrat Ali (RA). They came and changed Maulana Saad Sahib, who was our precious diamond and our valuable asset. They deceived him and then messed with his mind, perhaps through magic or sorcery, corrupted his mind, and made him give wrong statements for their own benefits.

Alhamdulillah, Hazrat, listen to this carefully too, that the majority of the Ulema worldwide agree that Saad is not the Amir, and the decision on which the majority of scholars agree is the correct and acceptable one. Therefore, all these are ignorant talks, and you have also fallen into the hands of the hypocrites. So, you should also repent and make others repent as well.
InshaAllah, Allah Almighty is sifting through the entire world due to the blessings of Maulana Ilyas (RA)’s sincerity. Many hypocrites and bad people had entered this group, and Allah is cleaning and purifying it at this time. Insha Allah, this purification will be completed soon, and then you will see where the diamonds shine and what good comes. Insha Allah, it will be the same as it was before, the same people will gather who gathered before, and the work will continue as it did before.
It is Allah’s grace that the majority are in their order and are running the entire system. Maulana Saad has be taken away from us. He is our precious asset. Insha Allah, I pray that Allah will return him to us, and he will come back. Insha Allah, Allah will blacken the faces of these hypocrites, and they will all go to hell by Allah’s grace, and everyone will see it with their own eyes.

On the Bay’at of Maulana Saad
[Translation of Audio] Waalaykumsalam WRTHWBKTH. I am Muhammad Yusuf Thaalis speaking, the son of Mufti Zainul Abideen Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him). This matter that is being discussed and attributed to my late father (may Allah have mercy on him) is absolutely and clearly wrong, and nothing like this ever happened. My late father (may Allah have mercy on him) had only one khalifa (successor), Hazrat Maulana Ghulam Mustafa Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him).
