Maulana Saad is a controversial person, and the cause of the split. He is a trouble maker (see Nizamuddin Bloodshed) and has been condemned by various Fatwa Board (see Fatwas)

The word fraud is a bit too harsh. This is an intra sunni Ikhtilaf. See Adab of Ikhtilaf.
