Can you please respond to these allegations instead of ridiculing a pious Aalim and Ameer of tabligh who is from a pure lineage, and was selected by Maulana Inamul-Hassan to be in the shura that was made to decide the next Ameer.

Bottom line is that ALL of these objections even if true about Maulana Saad still do not add up to the decision to form a separate group
Indeed for itmaam e hujjat it must be said that to do so is a grave default
And at a purely technical level the masala is that Maulana Saad is not a Sharaee Amir (such as Khulafa e Rashideen) so any fatwa or sharaee hud against him is invalid to begin with and shows an immature misreading of the whole problem rather than technical competence
Correct response would have been to keep on insisting Maulana Saad to correct his mistakes and wrongdoings and faults or childishness instead of reacting in a silly manner ourselves

The decision in Raiwind was to expand the World Shura which only had 2 members left. This is evident from Haji Sahab’s letter (See 2015 Raiwind Mashwara Decision). Maulana Saad could not accept this as he wanted to be the Sole Ameer (i.e. the Hadratji).

Maulana Saad was so upset that upon returning from Raiwind, he did not allow any Jamaats into Nizamuddin markaz for several days. This was the first ever ‘Strike’ in Nizamuddin History. It had never happened before. Maulana Saad also ordered Masjids around Delhi not to go to Nizamuddin Markaz temporarily. From the end of November to the beginning of December, Nizamuddin Markaz was very quiet even on its Shabguzari Night and was only attended by foreigners.

Ghuloo is clearly impermissible or to put it clearly, Haraam in Islam. Allah SWT himself has mentioned about Ghuloo in the Quran(4:171).
Maulana Saad says things like “40 days is fardh“, “Helping Deen is only through Da’wa“, etc.

These Ghuloo/exaggerations will make such activities of Tabligh a Bid’ah since it has now been atributed to the Deen (نسبة إلى الدين – a condition when declaring something as Bid’ah).
