What are you talking about brother? Ghuloo is clearly forbidden/haram in Islam. This is the position of all 4 schools of thought.

It is mentioned in the Quran (5:77): “O People of the Book, do not commit ghuloo in your religion…”

Ghuloo is:

  • Turning recommended (mustahabb) acts into obligations for everyone, or labeling permissible (mubah) matters as forbidden without valid evidence.
  • Excessively condemning others for not following a specific, narrow interpretation or method.

This is different from Taqwa.

Taqwa is:

  • Fear of Allah
  • Avoiding what is forbidden (haram) and disliked (makruh).
  • Observing the obligatory acts (fard) and the recommended (sunnah/mustahabb)

They are different things

It’s not HaRAM! Ghuloo is just a style. Umar AlKhattab Raziyallah Anhu was hard on people.

Maulana Saad is encouraging people to do Dawaa, if people don’t like to do Dawaa they give many excuse.

He is talking in terms of Taqwa, not Fatwa.
