All you said is 100% correct. Age is not a consideration to be Ameer, as long as the Ameer is APPOINTED.

Age is not a consideration just being baaligh, many examples in Islamic history of young muslims being appointed Ameers by shura eg. Tariq bin Ziyad, Usama bin Zayd etc.

Maulana Ibrahim Devla Sahab (db) is one of our most prominent elders in the work.
I have a question if anyone could answer. When the Aalami Shura was made during the time of Hazrat Ji Inam (rh), why was Maulana Ibrahim Devla Sahab (db) and Maulana Ahmed Laat Sahab (db) name added in the shura? Maulana Saad Sahab was very young at that time but still his name was added?
