Maulana Saad saheb’s intention in the work of tabligh remains pure and focused on the path of Allah, free from worldly motives.
He is a person of spiritual insight (sahibe baseerah) in a difficult age, guiding the effort with clarity of vision.

He is seen as someone who has stayed committed to tabligh for decades without shifting focus.(e.g. Digital , Mobile Fitna)
Many of his supporters speak of a special spiritual pull (jazb) they feel toward his company and guidance.

Tabligh is Allah’s work.
It does not belong to Maulana Saad, nor to the Shura, nor to any individual or group.
The purpose of khuruj, da‘wah, and every effort in this path is only to seek the pleasure of Allah. When the intention shifts toward defending a personality, a faction, or a position of leadership, the ikhlas is affected.
Both sides should remember:

The work existed before any current leader or Shura.
The work will continue after every individual.
The real success is only when the effort is done purely for Allah, without attachment to names, groups, or authority.

As the elders used to emphasise:
“Yeh Allah ka kaam hai.”
We are only temporary workers in it.
Holding firmly to this understanding is the strongest way to protect the spirit of Tabligh, regardless of which side one currently stands with.

😂😂😂 It’s funny how you put it. Actually, compared to how other Islamic movements have split, Alhamdulillah, the Tablighi Jamaat split is pretty straightforward. The culprit is pretty clear. And it’s only two parties. Try compare that to the the Salafi splits or even Ikhwanul Muslimeen splits. They are heavily fractured.

As how this article (the 1995 agreement) says, the Shura is the legitimate administration. Whether it was filled earlier or later does not invalidate the agreement.

To understand why it was never filled up earlier, you have to understand how Maulana Saad have tried to prevent it. How he has always thrown tantrums in Mashwara.
