Assalamaualaykum Brother, Maulana Fadl Rahman already had a Muzakara with Maulana Ibrahim Dewla in which after that he stopped his open support for M Saad.

The Fatwa is by Mufti Ashraf who is the head of the fatwa department of Jameah Mahmoodiyah Springs, South Africa.
